The Digital Transformation Capability Assessment Programme is sponsored by the Smart Manufacturing Data Hub until January 2025, a collaborative effort between Vyne Analytics and the Business Performance and Capability Lab at Edinburgh Business School, Heriot-Watt University.
The programme addresses the high failure rate of digital transformation projects (50-70%) by offering a comprehensive assessment tool for SMEs to check their digitalisation readiness.
The programme includes a free one-year subscription to Vyne Analytics’ capability assessment dashboard and one onsite audit, funded by the Smart Manufacturing Data Hub, valued at £5000 per SME, and available to up to 60 companies. The assessment includes business value streams, strategy, culture, technologies, and supply structure.
